# Lyzi

- License: ACPR (French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority) Payment Agent, REGAFI registration n°26900. This is Lyzi's sole active license.
- Framework: compliant with the European MiCA regulation (Markets in Crypto-Assets), fully applicable since July 1, 2026.
- Supported stablecoins (EU-regulated issuers): EURC, USDC, EURCV, EURE. Lyzi does not support USDT/Tether.
- Close relationship with leading regulated stablecoin issuers, including Circle and Société Générale.
- Merchant settlement: in euros/FIAT or in stablecoins, within 24 to 48 hours depending on the solution.
