Answers to frequently asked questions about cryptocurrency payments with Lyzi
1. Scan the QR code with your phone's camera: the pay.lyzi.io payment page opens with the amount. 2. Choose your exchange or your wallet, then your crypto. 3. Send the exact amount, on the indicated network. 4. Keep the page open until validation, usually in about 2 minutes. No app to download. The merchant receives the payment in euros or in stablecoins, with no volatility risk.

Once your account is validated, create a cashier account in the back office (first name, last name, email) and assign it to a till. The cashier then syncs the till's QR code with the Lyzi Pro app. A cashier only sees the transactions of their till. Only the company director can create the sync QR codes. Two-factor authentication is available in the Security tab of the back office.
Payments are credited in USDC or EURC in "My balance", in the back office. Only you can initiate a transfer, validated by a code received by email. With "Withdraw", the funds go through the payment provider, which converts them and transfers them in euros to your bank account. Transfers are triggered from €1,000 cumulated. The provider may charge up to 0.5% per transfer.
Anti-money laundering regulation requires it. • Up to €1,000: a few details are enough (Travel Rule). • Above €1,000: ID document and live identity check. The verification is done only once and remains valid at all Lyzi merchants. You can also complete it before your purchase, via the link sent by the merchant.
