Two possible causes: • Balance too low, often because of network fees: add the amount shown in "You are missing", plus a margin, then try again. • Login by email, Google or Apple, which shows a balance of 0: click "Change wallet" and connect the one that holds your funds. The transaction is not lost. You can also pay in USDC or EURC by sending the amount to the displayed address.

• App disconnected: Lyzi Pro Scan logs out after 30 days of inactivity and asks again to scan the till's QR code at startup. • Till not assigned to a point of sale or not activated: fix it in the back office. • If the issue persists, write to support@lyzi.fr stating the point of sale and the till.
USDT is not accepted directly, because it is not MiCA compliant. Swap your USDT for USDC (or EURC) through a decentralized (DeFi) swap, for example on pay.lyzi.io/otc-swap. This swap takes place outside the regulated payment flow. Then pay in USDC or EURC at any Lyzi merchant: the merchant receives the payment in euros or in stablecoins.
