Reach new premium customers with high purchasing power

From the back office, send the customer a verification link by email or WhatsApp. They verify their identity (KYC) remotely, before paying, and their account is pre-validated. A generic link also exists: pay.lyzi.io/kyc. A verification done once is valid at all Lyzi merchants.

Insufficient amount: the transaction remains pending. The customer sends the displayed remainder to the same address, with the same crypto and on the same network. If they closed the page and connected an email address, they automatically receive an email with the link. Otherwise, send them the transaction URL from the back office. Wrong blockchain: the payment is blocked and cannot be validated. The customer contacts support (support@lyzi.fr or the blue button on their payment page) and provides the address of their personal wallet for the return of the funds. To avoid any loss, Lyzi never returns funds to an exchange address. Do not promise a timeframe.

Sign-up takes place at admin.lyzi.io/onboarding. Documents to provide: • Kbis (company registration extract) less than 3 months old • Articles of association • IBAN and bank details (RIB) • ID of the directors and beneficial owners • Register of beneficial owners (RBE), available on infogreffe.fr • Proof of address of the beneficial owners (utility bill, bank statement, tax notice or official letter) • Latest balance sheet • Company logo The file is validated within 24 to 48 hours. Access to the Lyzi Pro app and to payment acceptance then opens.

In the event of a data breach, Lyzi undertakes to: Notify affected users without undue delay, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Take all necessary technical and organizational measures to contain the breach and mitigate potential risks or damage. Cooperate fully with competent supervisory authorities and comply with all mandatory legal notification and reporting obligations. Lyzi maintains incident response procedures designed to ensure rapid detection, containment, and remediation of any security incident.
